A legal disclaimer

IIITRADE Inc provides construction, plumbing, and backflow testing, repair, and installation services in accordance with applicable codes and industry standards.

Estimates & Changes

All estimates are based on initial evaluation and may change if additional conditions are discovered. Any extra work requires Client approval and may result in additional charges.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on the invoice or proposal. Deposits may be required. Late payments may be subject to fees and collection costs as allowed by law.

Permits & Access

Client is responsible for required permits unless otherwise agreed. Client must provide safe and clear access to the property and work areas.

Scheduling

Service dates are estimated and may change due to weather, inspections, or unforeseen conditions.

Backflow Compliance

Backflow testing is performed per local and state regulations. Client is responsible for submitting reports unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty

Labor is warranted for one (1) year unless stated otherwise. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and materials. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or normal wear.

Limitation of Liability

IIITRADE Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.

Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may be subject to a service fee. Deposits are non-refundable once work or material ordering begins.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Acceptance

By authorizing service, Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
