Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

IIITRADE Inc strives to provide high-quality construction, plumbing, and backflow testing services. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:

Service Fees

All service; diagnostic, inspection, testing, and labor fees are non-refundable once services have been performed.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started or materials have been ordered. If a project is canceled before work begins and before materials are ordered, deposit refunds may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

Materials & Equipment

Special-order materials and equipment are non-refundable. Refunds for standard materials are subject to supplier return policies and may be reduced by restocking fees.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Unsatisfactory Work

If the Client is not satisfied, IIITRADE Inc must be notified in writing within 48 hours of service completion. The Company will be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the issue. Refunds will not be issued if the issue can be corrected.

No Cash Refunds

All approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as a company credit, at IIITRADE Inc’s discretion.
